If your Directv package was approved, but you have not yet received your package, there is a chance that your package may have been canceled due to a network connection issue.
Please contact your Comcast service provider and ensure that you are connected to the best network possible.
Comcast is currently investigating this issue and will update the list as soon as they are able to do so.
